PMS

PMS. Premenstrual syndrome. A fact or a fiction? It’s a fact.

Research says:

PMS is a complex disorder apparently linked to the cyclic activity of the hypothalamic- pituitary-ovarian axis. Symptoms of PMS include: irritability, tension, depression, fatigue, headache, weight gain, bloating, craving for foods, acne, breasts swelling and tenderness, increased appetite and/or thirst, and aggravation of pre-existing conditions. 85% of women experience these symptoms of PMS monthly, although only 5-10% of these PMS sufferers professional and personal lives are seriously disrupted.

And yes, just like them, I do have it monthly. Okay so back with the PMS. I hate the fact that it exist. Because it makes me miserable and unreasonable. Not to mention illogical too coz I usually insist to make those unreasonable to become reasonable. There is the presence of sudden depression too… yeah yeah past bitter pains, insecurities and frustrations is all coming back once again.

Other symptoms includes food, food, food. Yes, I crave. Usually McDo fries, Milk shake, Chocolait and other chocolates. I talk less too. Thrice than normal. And I always have that never-attempt-to-mess-with-me look. So, you better mind your own business.

Hay, good thing, he has tons of love and patience to bear with me.
