1. This raffle is open to all residents of the Philippines, ages 21 and up.
2. This promo period is from July 5 to August 31, 2025, only.
3. This raffle is open to all IKEA Family members, newly joined or with existing membership.
4.To qualify for the raffle, First, IKEA Family members must need to register through the Dream Trip Stockholm Campaign page through https://family.ikea.com.ph/, then the call to action button on webpage will link members to ana.ms/IKEAFamily where they need to register.
5. Registration will start from July 5 and end on August 31, 2025. 11:59 pm.
6. Members must make a single-receipt transaction within the promo period from July 5 to August 31, 2025. No minimum purchase required.
7. Members MUST present their IKEA Family eCard on purchases made at IKEA Pasay City or enter their IKEA Family membership number upon checkout at IKEA.ph
8. Members must also opt to choose “Allow” to be contactable via electronic direct mail and mail from IKEA Family and ANA.
9. Only one (1) raffle entry per IKEA Family member per day is allowed. Members can make multiple purchases from July 5 to August 31, 2025 giving them maximum of fifty eight (58) entries for the whole raffle duration.
10. Only purchases until August 31, 2025 11:59PM are qualified.
11. Splitting of receipts on the same day to create more raffle entries is not allowed.
12. IKEA Family membership details used in the transaction will be the bearer of the raffle entry. Mismatched membership details may be subject to disqualification.
13. Raffle will be held via electronic draw at IKEA Philippines Service Office with the supervision of a DTI representative on September 5, 2025.
14. Major prize inclusions and exclusions are as follows:
- Total of one (1) winner of 2 tickets of Trip to Stockholm, Sweden will be drawn.
15. The major raffle prize includes:
- (1) Base fare airline ticket sponsored by ANA and land transportation from Manila Airport to Stockholm, Sweden
- Travel taxes and airline taxes
- Accommodation
- Travel allowance (worth P20,000)
The following are NOT included in the prize:
- (1) VISA fee and processing of winners and their selected companions
- Winners’ personal expenses outside of the stated inclusions
16. The travel period of the trip will be within 6 months after announcement of raffle winner, except the month of December 2025.
17. The trip will be documented as part of a travel video for IKEA Philippines, subject to winner’s visa if granted.
18. If the winner is not granted a travel visa and cannot claim the travel prize, the travel prize will be converted to P50,000 worth of IKEA Gift card.
19. IKEA will shoulder the 20% tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.00.
20. All prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash.
21. A winner can only win one prize if drawn on the raffle date. Prizes will be drawn as follows:
- First draw: 1st minor prize: 1 winner of Tretorn Shoes worth P25,000
- Second draw: 2nd minor prize: 1 winner of Tretorn Shoes worth P25,000
- Third draw: 3rd major prize: 1 winner of 2 tickets to Stockholm, Sweden worth USD 1,500 each ticket
22. An IKEA Philippines representative will contact all winners via email/mobile/registered mail. Only notifications that are done by IKEA Philippines directly are considered valid.
23. In claiming the prizes, winners should submit the photocopy of two (2) valid IDs (SSS, passport, driver’s license) preferably with a photo and signature, together with the receipt and registered notice at IKEA Pasay City, Marina Way, MOA Complex, Pasay City.
24. Winners will be given seven (7) days from receipt of registered notice to claim the prize. After the claiming period, unclaimed prize will be forfeited in favor of IKEA Philippines with prior approval of DTI.
25. Prizes not claimed within sixty (60) days from receipt of notice will be forfeited in favor of IKEA with prior approval of the DTI.
26. By participating in the event, customers must fully read and understand the terms and conditions of the campaign.
27. The decision of IKEA Philippines with regards to the promo mechanics, winners, and prizes, with the concurrence of DTI, is final.
