The gift of myrrh: offering the service of our hands to Jesus (until our time on Earth is done–death)

Jubilee 2025

The 2025 Jubilee is a jubilee in the Catholic Church being celebrated in the year 2025. It was announced by Pope John Paul II at the end of the Great Jubilee. It began on Christmas Eve (24 December) 2024 and will continue until Epiphany (6 January) 2026.

Theme: “Pilgrims of Hope.”

Jubilee 2025: The Holy Father will open the Holy Door of St. Peter’s Basilica on December 24 at 7pm

Holiness Pope Francis: “We must fan the flame of hope that has been given us, and help everyone to gain new strength and certainty by looking to the future with an open spirit, a trusting heart and far-sighted vision.”
